General

- Strictly no cancellations.
- Payment must be made on or before the deadline of payment (DOP).
- All proof of payment (POP) should be submitted through Bloom For You's payment form only to be acknowledged.
- Some items may have limited qty. available and may run out early.

In-person (Offline) Events

- Please be 100% sure that you will be able to attend in person.
- Slots for the in-person events are limited. No walk-ins will be allowed once we’ve reached the maximum capacity for each event.
- Each registered attendee must purchase a drink worth a minimum of ₱150 to join and claim the CSE kit on site.
- APPLICABLE TO SASA CAFE ATTENDEES: Food and beverages must be ordered through the organizers at least a day before the event. However, payments can be made during the event in the cafe through our MOPs. Menu will be sent via email on April; exact date to be announced on our Twitter page.
- No outside food and beverages are allowed.
- All attendees must be fully vaccinated and follow the COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS.

Stay-At-Home (Home Kit):

- Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer and payment shall be made once the items are ready to ship. No rush shipping, please. Rest assured, we will start the shipping process no later than 1 week after the event in Bulacan. Exact date to be announced.
- We will not be held liable for damages/loss during shipping or caused by the courier and buyer (e.g. incorrect shipping information).

FAQ

General

- Can we sponsor or donate for this event?
Yes, please! Any help would be very much appreciated. We are also looking for donation/sponsors for Yoongi and Jimin's upcoming solo albums (buying parties, giveaways, etc). Please message @sujimcore on twitter if interested.
- Can I avail CSE kits/items even if I won't attend the in-person event?
Yes. All items will be available to purchase online for delivery without having to attend in person. Buyer will shoulder the shipping fee.
- Can I avail the add ons without buying any of the CSE kits?
No. Unfortunately, pre-order of the add ons will only be available for those who purchased at least one (1) CSE Kit. Applicable for both In-person or Home Kit.
Add on products will be available to purchase as stand-alone/individually if there are still extras after the event.
- How can we join the raffles?
You have to be registered and present during the in-person event.
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Please DM @sujimcore on Twitter for more info.
- Can we also organize and hold this CSE at our place (outside of Manila or the Philippines)?
Yes, of course! Please message @sujimcore on twitter for more information.

In-person (on site) events

- Can we give out freebies at the event site?
Yes. Preferably, you may let the organizers know if you plan to so we can help you announce and distribute them.
- Can we touch or move the decorations around at the event?
No. Please do not touch any of the decorations at the event site unless explicitly allowed by the organizers.
- I registered and paid for the in-person event but would not be able to attend due to xx reasons. Can I still claim my CSE kit?
Yes. However, (1) you will have to pay the minimum ₱150 for the drink that’s required for all attendees to claim your kit, on top of the shipping fee if you’ll have it delivered to you, or (2) you will have to find someone else who’s willing to take your slot as an attendee.
- I am planning to join the in-person event but would like to buy more than 1 CSE kit. How should I register or submit my form?
You may purchase 2 or more CSE kits in one form and claim them during the event. Just be sure to indicate the correct number of attendee(s) in the form. 1 attendee (can buy 2 or more CSE kits to claim on site) = 1 drink worth a minimum of ₱160
- Can 2 or more persons register for the in-person event in 1 form?
No. We will follow the 1 person = 1 form.
- I am not familiar with the venues. Please help!
Don't worry, we will release a guide/map on how to get to our confirmed venues. Sasa Cafe in particular is very accessible to people residing in both North and South of Metro Manila.

Inclusions

- What are the complete inclusions for each tier bundles?
A detailed description and list of inclusions in each bundle are listed in the registration forms.
- How do we avail the Polaroid photobooth?
We want to keep all memories from this event. Registered attendees are entitled to 1 Instax Polaroid photobooth each. We will announce specific instructions on how to avail this benefit.
- What kind of wax will be used for the scented candles?
The scented candles will be made from pure soy wax.
- What's the brand of the T-shirts?
Our custom shirts will be printed on Gildan Premium Cotton shirts. Sizes are posted on the registration form, but you can still search the sizes online so you can choose what best suits you.
- What if I wanted additional items that are not included in my tier bundle?
Only limited items are allowed to be purchased as additional items which is posted on the registrations forms. You can add more items upon registration.
If you already registered but still wanted to purchase additional items, we will be posting a separate form for additional items. Just keep your initial form response where you will have a control number.
- What are the payment options?
All order will be a PAYO basis (Pay As You Order). Only BLOOM bundles will be given a DOP payment plan (March 15th - 50% DP; March 31st remaining balance).
